My experience with Teami blends and ALL its representatives and customer was REALLY BAD. I ordered the buy one get one detox tea around 2nd week or 3rd week of May and up until now i haven't received it. I contacted them via email, chat and what not (since they don't provide a phone number to call on to) and they just kept sending me freaking emails and responses that its being shipped, its on its way, customer service will reach you and even sent me an email that its been delivered but No, i have not gotten anything. So u know what they can keep my $50...If i can give them zero star i would...

POSTING HERE BC FOR SOME REASON MY REVIEW ISN'T POSTING ON "THEIR" WEBSITE!! PLEASE READ!
I originally found out about this company through "Beautiful Brown Baby Doll's" page on YouTube. I purchased the portable blender and green powder. I waited long enough to receive the blender and powder and was excited to use it. Unfortunately, the blender arrived damaged on Friday, January 22nd. The plastic piece that surrounds the top of the blender was halfway glued on and when I tried to use it anyway, all of my smoothie was spilling out bc that plastic rubber piece wasn't on correctly. I reached out to Teami on Friday, via email and had to wait until late Monday for a response-understandably. Now this is what upsets me. The rep asked for proof of the damage-which I sent to her the same day about 2 hours after receiving her email. Today is THURSDAY, JANUARY 28TH and I have YET to hear anything back from this company. I am disappointed bc I paid $70 for the blender and should be able to USE it without trouble. This is ridiculous that it takes this long to respond to your customers; especially a new customer. Now I'm sitting here staring at a blender I purchased (which wasn't cheap) on my counter unsure if I'll ever receive a replacement so I can actually USE what I purchased!!! I don't want to hear anything about "It takes 24-72 business hours to respond" bc CLEARY you've ALREADY received my email! Do you not follow-up with the emails you've already responded to?? You have customers sitting here WAITING AND WONDERING if they'll be compensated or if the product will even be replaced. This is robbery to me, totally unfair, and NOT how you do business. I will NOT be referring anyone to this company and would like for SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ABOUT A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT ASAP! This is ridiculous and I am very disappointed. After paying for a brand new product, it shouldn't come damaged. Wth!

Glad I came to the reviews

Glad I came to the reviews. I almost completed my order but I will not. TEAMI TEA I hope you take care of these issues. I'll be back in a few months to see if your customer service has gotten better. Thanks guys for giving honest reviews and saving me from crappy customer service which we see way too often lately. Get it together sheesh.

Colon tea

Colon tea : this tea nearly sent me to the ER. The cramps were horrendous, lasted all night and into the next afternoon and my bowels didn't move. I had to take a strong pain killer to take the edge off. I felt faint and vomited. They do not back their product with a refund even if you end up in an ER.

VERY POOR COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered my Teami Blends item on March 13, 2021. It was marked on UPS as "Delivered" (Wednesday, 3/17/21) and was claimed to be signed by me.
I've waited the next day (Thursday, March 14, 2021) because I knew that sometimes they'll mark it as "delivered" and actually deliver it on the next day however, this was not the case for my TeamiBlends package.
I never signed for my package. I also have a camera as a doorbell and there's no proof of said delivery attempt. And I had someone stay at my home that day to receive my package which again never came.
I've tried contacting Teami about this and they've sent automated messages forcing me back and forth from USPS and UPS instead of handling the situation themselves. It is now April 1, 2021, and I still don't have my items nor information about where my package is.
I want my refund. IDC TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE ANYMORE. #NotWorthTheTime

Horrible company. Would not purchase again

Horrible horrible horrible. I waited weeks for my order and actually had to email customer service which didn't respond immediately. They then finally sent it out. The teas were fine, no complaints. The greens on the other hand gave me horrible indigestion, acid reflux and bloating. At first I thought oh maybe it's something I ate. Then after 3 days I realized it was the greens. I tried the online chat, complete and utter joke. No response. I also contacted customer service which took again forever to respond and unless the product is unopened you can't return it.
Not everything works for everyone or sits well with people's bodies and chemistries which I completely understand. What I don't understand is their terrible return policy and customer service. If you stand by your products and want people to love them and your company you a) ship within a reasonable time frame b) respond within a reasonable time frame c) have a return policy that is I dunno maybe just a tad bit more accommodating to people who support(ed) your brand and had a bad reaction.
But I suppose with gimmicky companies that are falsely advertised and pushed by influencers, this is what you should expect. Lesson learned will not purchase from them again and will be sure to put that on my socials so no one I know does either.
Update: the companies generic responses ????????. I don't want a code for another purchase. I won't be spending any more of my money on your brand. I don't support companies with poor business models and customer service. Quite telling that you responded to my review fairly quickly but yet can't respond to emails or service complaints/issues within the same timely fashion. ????

This company doesn’t respond to email

This company doesn’t respond to email, & they don’t correct their orders when shipped incorrectly. Customer service was emailed ad nauseam, as well as DMs on the IG page- No response for 6 weeks and now I’m going in circles with a clown. What a circus!!! It’s like they’re being ran by aliens or something!! No customer service, ANYWHERE!!!
Wasted money and time.

Defect blender and bad customer service

Yes- I got refund after all which was good. But I don’t recommend to buy from web because the company return policy has only 30days from the order date. The company did not ship quickly like Amazon, so as soon as I get the defect item and I had only about two weeks to return it for refund.
And even defect I had to pay the mailing fee with so much hustles. The company’s customer service response was late and made me, a customer worried and stressed out.
The package was ready to send and finally I got response which asked me to send videoed for leaking. I took out from the package again and put the water and took video and emailed them as I was told. Then they replied me to return item the day after.
If the customer contacted the defect item, normal good company would ship the correct item right away and notify the customer. But this company did not do. I had bad experience.

I found this website and thought a chance to spread my voice. I’m still under refunding process from Teami Blends. Hope they refund soon.
I regretted after reading the company return/refund policy on their website. I ordered skin oils and portable blender.
But it took so much time to be shipped and finally received the package 15days later. I was so excited use the blender and notice the cap and blade part has silicone parts but fell off. Hard to tighten the cap correctly. Took time to do was concerned and washed it as instructed. Then I noticed the blade and glass part was tightened but leaking water. I tried again and again but leaking. So I contacted with service customer representative for asking return label for defect item, but they jus asked me to send it for refund; as soon as they receive my return, the manager would email to me. I paid $20 for return. Teami Blends received the return last Friday early afternoon but as of now Monday afternoon, still no refund and no contacted to me. The company does not work sincerely to customers. I was very dissatisfied.

Made me sick and slow delivery

Slow delivery, and it made me sick. First I drank colon tea and after few Mins I felt nauseous and tired I just assumed that maybe I am really tired like mommy tired who hasn’t slept for almost a year. Next day I tried it again then had smoothie with the butterfly collagen, after drinking them I was feeling sick again and it followed by a headache. I don’t know what is wrong but I really think their product is making me sick. It sucks because I believed this YouTuber who posted about using teami for a long time, she made it sound that teami is magic but it’s just all advertisement. The only thing I liked was you get a free facial brush. No hate with their company though just disappointed, maybe it just affects everyone differently

Completely unapologetic horrible negligence customer service!!!!

To be honest I feel really bad ratings review because I actually really love this company for a really long time but my last interaction with this company what’s the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I had ordered some products during the Black Friday sale I’ve never had any shipment issues with this company before until this order my shipment said it was delivered but it was not in my mailroom or front door. I have emailed Teami and spoke to Megan and she had and for me that I would have to contact the post office once I can contact the post office and file a claim once the post office gives me my clothes case they be able to reset my products. Now at this point in time I was like OK not a problem, I went to the post office three different times and kept getting the runaround to where I finally called the post office three times each time having to wait on hold for an extended long period of time the first time I tried calling I was on the phone for an hour and 40 minutes and then said never mind and hung up the next morning I called I still had to wait 55 minutes before I got a hold of somebody. When I talk to the woman at the post office she honestly can tell me when you’ll be able to close my case due to Covid and then being short staffed things are taking a lot longer. So I sent an email back to Megan and said hey do you think you could reset my products because the post office gonna take a long time. After not hearing anything from Megan I tried emailing the company again. At this point I’ve already gotten frustrated. I had emailed asking for my products to be resent or if they cannot be resent to please process a refund. The next day I got an email saying that my refund was processed. No personally to me this is a horrible business tactic because by you now I’m just sending me a refund is such a slap in the face because now why would I want to spend more money to buy more of your products but now I know if anything happens shipping wise you guys do not care at all. I had emailed Kaleigh back and I asked if I could speak to a manager because I feel that my needs as a customer we’re not being that and she replied back to me that they don’t have a phone line yet. It’s the 21st century everyone has a cell phone so now you’re telling me that your manager cannot call me and talk to me about the situation. I am so disgusted by how this company has treated their customers and I’m looking on this site and their actual website looking at all of the horrible reviews they have. I honestly had saw some of these in the beginning before making my first few purchases and looked past six I never had an issues before but now how poorly this whole situation was handled and how they definitely do not care for their customers at all it’s just extremely disappointing. To be a successful business you always wanna make sure that your customers are taken care of all I asked was for my products we resent which wholesale price would cost you absolutely nothing but instead you would rather just give me my money back. I’ve never in my life seen a company so hesitant and refusing to re-send some thing to somebody that they didn’t get but instead rather spend their money but they’re actually making profit on. I sent it one last final attempt to their social media and my message was seen but not replied to. Just like all my other emails I’m not getting replied back to you with any kind of satisfaction it’s literally like they just want you to shut up and they’re going to give your money back so you won’t bother them anymore. Completely unapologetic horrible negligence customer service!!!!

Do not order!!!

Oh please dont order! Waste of time and money! I ordered 2 months ago and still dont know where my order is! I emailed the teami costomer service, they want me to work alone to find my order. I tried to email the carrier, the custom, they told me to talk to the one who sent my item which is teami of course! Teami team will not help you!!! Soooo frustrating!!!! Dont order!!! Let your friends know also! Dont support!!!

I have been using Teami detox for 30…

I have been using Teami detox for 30 days, no issues, I’ve lost 11 lbs. I feel great. I ordered a 2nd detox bunch and will start that after 7 days off.
No customer service issues either, everything is going smoothly with the tea. I’m happy to find a natural alternative that doesn’t make me sick. I’m eating clean and feel amazing.

THIS TEA DETOX IS TOXIC!!

This tea is toxic! Do not buy! After the third day of me drinking this tea made me really ill. I felt nausea, headache and also really tired. When i stopped drinking the tea i felt a lot better. Something is really wrong with the detox teas. DO NOT BUY OR DRINK.
